John Stanley Dickey, 65, passed away January 10, 2018. He retired from FedEx and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 17, from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Funeral service at 12 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Home, 1632 Sycamore View Rd. Burial in Memphis Memory Hills Gardens Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by mother, Clara Dickey and sisters, Karen Dickey, Mary Madison, Carolyn Dickey, and granddaughter, Mikayla Maclin.

He leaves his wife, Katie Mae Dickey, daughters, Wendolyn Akin (Ernest), Dana Macklin ((Brandy), sisters, Verna Jean Sutton, Robin Lucille Wright, Judy C. Dickey, Adrienne Stephanie Morris, Beverly Dickey-Daniels (Bruce), brothers, Herman 'Skip' Dickey (Ephie), David L. Dickey (Karen), Dwayne Dickey (Nina), Harold Dickey, Mark Dickey, Allen C. Dickey, grandsons, Jayden E. Macklin, Jordan C. Macklin, special cousin, Aunt Dorothy Jones, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
