Obituary for Akeem McGowan
Akeem DeAndre McGowan was born February 26, 1998 to Pamela Denise Collier and Jamie Terrell McGowan. Akeem was the oldest of six kids, Tyiron Alfonzo McKinght, Jr., Ezekiel DeJuan Kelly, Denise Ann Taylor, Devin Andrew Taylor and Marcel Avouy Collier.
Akeem continued his education at Raleigh Egypt High were he later grew a love for football and became a diehard Greenbay Packer’s fan. Akeem was very loving and protective of his family and friends. Akeem lived his life to the fullest without any regrets. He will be deeply missed.
Akeem leaves behind his sisters, Jamia McGowan, Jayda McGowan and April McGowan; aunts, Rosie Kyle (Robert), Sharleen Williams (Jeremy Carr); uncles, Kobie Kelly, Carrious Davis; grandparents, Maurice Smith (Late Babby Ann Smith), James McGown, Juanita Bradford and a host of many more nieces, nephews, family and friends.
