Crystal Banks, 31, died August 22, 2019.
Crystal RaNeice Banks RRT was born September 11, 1987, at 8:35 p.m. to the union of Ray Anthony Banks Sr. and Jacqueline Gibbs Banks in Memphis Tennessee. Crystal began her spiritual journey at Morning Star Holiness Church where she professed her faith in Christ under the leadership of Bishop W. A. Sesley. She received her wings on August 22, 2019, at 8:40 a.m.
She graduated from Whitehaven High School in 2005 and continued her education at Tennessee State University, Nashville, Tn. She later pursued an interest in Nursing and attended Baptist School of Nursing, Memphis Tennessee. Crystal received her Associate of Applied Science Respiratory Therapy degree on April 3, 2014, and was registered and licensed by the National Board for Respiratory Care in the states of Tennessee and Mississippi.
Dedicated to her chosen profession, she began her career at Regional One Health (The Med). She later was employed at Baptist Memorial East.
Crystal had a passion for helping to save lives. She helped restore breathing to some and at the same time, she took your breath away with her beauty.
Crystal was preceded in death by her grandparents J.B. and Bernice Gibbs and Z.P. and Lillian Banks.
The loving memory of Crystal R. Banks will be cherished by her parents Ray and Jackie Banks; 2 brothers Ray Anthony Banks Jr.; Christopher RaSean Banks of Memphis, TN; 2 uncles David Moten of Memphis ; Lee Artis Moten Sr.(Pat) of Mississippi;9 aunts; LaWanda Banks of Charlotte N.C.;RubyDale Banks;Rosemary Moten; Carolyn D.
