Obituary for Daneisha LaShawn Walker
Daneisha LaShawn Walker, age 25, died February 27, 2021.
On December 12, 1995, God blessed the world with one of his angels by the name of Daneisha Walker. He placed her in the care of Felicia Walker and Danny Young. Daneisha transitioned from this life on Saturday, February 27, 2021.
Throughout Daneisha’s life she has always been a young lady who was not afraid of dreaming. During her tenure at Westwood High School, the faculty and staff partnered with her family to equip her will the skills necessary to make each of those dreams a reality. After graduation, Daneisha worked at Nike Warehouse while pursuing her love for music. She was a Rapper known to the world as “Rose Gold”. Daneisha was passionate about music and determined to bring joy to the world through her music. On any given day, she spent her time doing what she loved most, spending time with her children, always rapping, dancing and writing rap lyrics. One of her greatest attributes was her heart. One of her missions was to help others and to always bring light into the dark. When she walked into a room, her smile not only lit up the room, but also gave hope to the hopeless. In addition to her music career, she was in the process of acquiring her own Hair, Eyelash and Clothing Line. Although she has transitioned to Heaven, her music as well as the imagine of her smile will forever live on.
Daneisha leaves to cherish her memories her parents: Felicia Walker and Danny Young, both of Memphis, Tennessee; two children: Madison Walker and Kayson Walker; nine brothers: Kenneth Walker of San Diego, California, Cedric Walker, Derick Osborne, Danzel Buford (Kamisha), Danny Young Jr (Keona), Devant Logwood and Deonte Logwood all of Memphis, Tennessee, Savon Sanders of Chicago, Illinois and Camron Reed of Southaven, Mississippi; a special aunt: Donna Merritt of San Antonio, Texas and a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who love her beyond eternity.
