Frank Willis Houston was born to Mildred Moore Houston and Nick Houston on March 10, 1942. During his life, he served the military faithfully as a Staff Sergeant, 80th Engineer Detachment Headquarters FORSCOM in the Army for 11 years.  He also served in the Korean War and his Honors include: Good Conduct Medal, Arms Forces Expeditionary Medal, Army Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service, Sharp Shooter Badge w/M-16 Rifle Bar awards , and also he had 3 Honorable Discharges for Military Service under the United States Army. After retiring from the Military he worked faithfully for the Army Depot for 31 years were he retired. He completed his career and Retired from Wiser Security.
He survived by his wife his beloved wife of 10 years Cathy Houston, six children and four step-children Gwendolyn Houston-Wise (Barry), Victoria Houston, Timothy Houston (Marsha), Sheila Houston, Antoneshia Houston, and Nick Houston, Leticia Dinkins, Kendra Pegues (William), Sergio Hodges, Kalon Royston. He was preceded in death by brothers Harold Houston, Herman Houston, Willie James Houston, and sisters Melva Houston (Tucker), Lucille Houston (Williams), and Freddie Houston (Greer). His brothers Otis Houston, Paul Houston, Marvin Houston, Reginald Wayne Houston (Maggie) and sisters Patricia Houston (Taylor), Gracie Houston, and Regina Houston; a host of grand children and great grand children, nieces, nephews, step children, and many friends.Â
