Obituary for Javida Lynn Donley
Javida Donley, 58, died July 19, 2021.

Javida was born the last of seven children to the late Bennie Sr. (Sarah Nell Young) Bridgmon in Memphis, TN. Javida accepted Christ at an early age. She enjoyed and it fulfilled her being a member of Ascension Baptist Church of Memphis, TN.
Javida graduated from Kingsbury High School of Memphis, TN. Javida also attended Shelby State College for Nursing of Memphis, TN. While in attendance she met James Donley Sr. and the two were united in Holy matrimony. Out of the union, four beautiful children were born.
Javida was a very bubbly, energetic, social butterfly who loved to talk and always offered a listening ear. She was never shy to express her love for her family, friends, or anyone she encountered.
Javida tried many endeavors throughout her life but she soon realized that she had a niche for customer service and she excelled in that career, in which she received numerous plaques and awards for her exemplary customer service.
Javida passed on July 19 at Methodist North Hospital with her four children by her side. She was preceded in death by her late husband, James Sr.; her parents, Bennie Sr. and Sarah Bridgmon; two sisters, Charlestine Patterson and Renell Bridgmon; and brother, Micheal Bridgmon.
Although Javida is gone, her legacy will be cherished and carried on by her four children, Tasha Donley, Jamecka Donley, Takeshia Donley, and James Donley Jr. and her two granddaughters, Jayla Rhyan and Santeria Rhyan.
