Obituaries
Kameron Harris, lovingly known as “Kam,” was born on June 11, 2005, and passed away on February 16, 2026. In his 20 years, Kam made a powerful impact on everyone who had the blessing of knowing him.
Kam was a barber who took pride in his craft and found joy in helping others feel confident and seen. The barbershop was more than a workplace for him—it was a second home, a creative space, and a place where friendships grew. When he wasn’t cutting hair, Kam poured his heart into making music, expressing himself through sound and rhythm. He also loved traveling and creating memories with the people he loved most.
Above all, Kam had a genuine soul. He was known for his big heart and the love he gave so freely. He cherished time with his girlfriend, Meisha, his friends, and his family, and he showed up for those he cared about with loyalty and love. Kam was deeply loved by many, and his presence brought light into countless lives.
Kameron is survived by his loving mother, Jaime Johnson; his father, Dewayne Harris; his sisters, Ashlee Fleming and Shania Reyna; his brothers, PJ Fleming, Lakeron “Keeboo” Garcia, Dewayne Harris Jr., and Daylan Harris; his grandmothers, Jackie Johnson (“Meme”) and Mary Harris; and his grandfather, Roy Benson. He is also survived by his nieces, Sahara, Harlem, and Serenity, and his nephew, Legacy, whom he loved dearly. He leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a wide circle of friends who loved him deeply and will carry his memory forward.
Though his time on this earth was far too short, Kameron’s spirit, creativity, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be forever missed and never forgotten.
