Samuel Rawls Jr. was born April 16, 1947 to the late Floridia and Samuel Rawls. Samuel loved to barbeque, do yard work, work on cars, and spend time with his family.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Minnie, and four brothers, Charles, Jerry, Willie, and
Dorsey Rawls. Samuel transitioned this life on February 17, 2020.
He leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Shirley Rawls, four daughters, Earnestine Moring, Elizabeth Cooper, Latricia Rawls, Floridia Ghent. Three sons, Samuel Ghent, Charles Chent (Shatoria), Micheal Rawls (Crystal), four sisters, Nancy Burse, Margaret Quinn, Dianna Rawls, Joyce Rawls and one brother Atwood Rawls, twenty-nine grandkids and twelve great grandkids.
