Obituary for Tharius Jerell Simmons
Tharius J. Simmons, 30, died September 6, 2019.
On July 25, 1989 a king, Tharius “Tee” Jerell Simmons, was born to Lucille Simmons and Reginald Davis. Tee was raised by Vernon “Doc” Brown to be the loving, caring, and respectable man and father that he was. Tee later in life met and married his soulmate Tiffany Taylor Simmons, who also gave him his loving family and children, Martavious, Antonio, Gabrielle and Triniti, that will cherish every memory of him.
Tee will always be remembered for his caring smile and loving personality. Anyone that has ever met him had no choice but to love him. On September 6, 2019, Tee was called to be with our Lord and Savior. To cherish and remember all the good times with Tee, he leaves his wife Tiffany; children, Martavious, Antonio, Gabrielle, Triniti all of Memphis, TN; his parents Lucille Simmons (Ronnie), Reginald Davis (Juliette), and Vernon Brown (Verna) all of Opelousas, LA; his siblings Latoshia Sam (Chester), Verneisha Simmons, Kayla Davis, Vernon Richard, Christian Washington (Dexter), Anthony Brown, Kiara Brown, Courtney Brown and Braylon Brown, all of Opelousas, LA and Turiski Brown of Beaumont, TX; his godparents Clarence
and Sandra Simmons of Opelousas, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles,
relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Thomas Sr. and Betty Simmons;
uncles Thomas Simmons Jr., Ronnie Simmons and Charles Brown; and a sister Sha’Quanda
Richard.
